Medha Patkar gets arrested in defamation case

Delhi High Court has given Medha Patkar's lawyer permission to come to it with a new petition. The Delhi High Court will hear Medha Patkar's new petition on Wednesday. The Saket court has directed Medha Patkar to be arrested against her will as she wilfully disobeyed its order to present a probation bond and a Rs 1-lakh fine.

Defamation case filed by a Saket court
